2022 Annual Stockholders Meeting
The 2022 annual meeting of stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”) of Paragon Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”) was held on May 18, 2022. At the Annual Meeting, the Company’s stockholders reelected Hesham M. Gad, Jack H. Jacobs and Samuel S. Weiser, three current directors of the Company, and ratified the appointment of RSM US LLP as the Company’s independent public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2022.
