Connect the tools you already use

Owners and admins press Connect beside each tool in Settings › Integrations and sign in on that tool's own site, so 6ix never sees the password.

What works the day you're in

YouTube: publish a call's replay to your channel from Events › Past. → Events
Mailchimp: keep your list in Mailchimp, or bring it into Investors and move it to 6ix. → Move your investor email to 6ix
Constant Contact: the lists you tick come into Investors with the same names and refresh every night.
HubSpot: to bring people in from HubSpot, upload a file you export from HubSpot.
Your email address: send investor emails from your own domain once your sender is set up.

What 6ix switches on with you

Your call registrants: 6ix switches on sending the people who registered for your calls to Mailchimp, Constant Contact or HubSpot.

Questions about connecting your tools

Can we keep our tools? Yes.

Your email tool: keep Mailchimp, Constant Contact or HubSpot. 6ix connects it with you, or moves your list to 6ix (Integrations).

How do we move our list from Mailchimp to 6ix?

Set up your sender in Email › Sender & forms.
Stop your old tool's scheduled emails and automations.
Put the 6ix sign-up form where the old form was.
Bring your list into Investors and your past emails into Email.
Move your list to 6ix in Investors › Imports, confirming that your old tool has stopped sending, your form is replaced, and your unsubscribed, bounced and cleaned addresses are imported.

From then on your investor list is on 6ix, and the welcome email and the emails about your calls to your followers go out from 6ix, each once your 6ix account manager, or an owner or an admin, approves it.

What happens if we disconnect?

6ix stops bringing in lists from that tool and sending your call registrants to it. Everyone already in Investors stays, with the lists that came in, and the replays you published stay on YouTube. Once your investor list moves to 6ix, you disconnect Mailchimp in Investors › Imports instead of Settings › Integrations.

Do unsubscribes carry over?

Yes. Anyone who unsubscribed stays unsubscribed. 6ix also won't email addresses your old tool couldn't deliver to. Later unsubscribes carry over: from Constant Contact at the nightly refresh, and from your old Mailchimp emails once your investor list moves to 6ix.
