Nothing 6ix writes for your company goes out without a person's yes
By default, your 6ix account manager approves each email 6ix prepares, after checking with your team, and presses Send. Your owners and admins can approve and send it too. Your owners and admins can choose that everything 6ix prepares waits for your own team's yes (Settings › Team). The reviewers you choose are told about each new release email.
Choose who reviews release-email drafts in Email › Release emails (Who reviews drafts).
Today each item waits in its own place: Email › Automations, Email › Release emails, Social › Posts and Website.
6ix's own notices go out by themselves, with no one's yes:
- when 6ix collects your news release through a source it sends alerts for, its release alert emails it to the investors who follow you, as soon as it's out or as often as each one chooses;
- the emails around each call to the people who registered: confirmation, reminders before it starts, live now, changes or cancellation, replay access, and a reply when they ask to meet;
- until your investor list moves to 6ix, 6ix's own announcement of your Public call to your followers, two days before it.
What shows without a yes:
- Your company page: 6ix adds your news releases, earnings calls and the decks it collects as they come in, with 6ix AI's research.
- Each news release: when its Summary by 6ix AI is ready, it shows above your original on the release's page.
- Your release graphic: once a release has a graphic, it shows with that release on 6ix and is the picture shown wherever the release's 6ix link is shared.
- Clips: the clips 6ix cuts from your call show beside its replay.
- Your news embed and your 6ix website: until review has started, new releases show in your news embed as soon as 6ix has them. Once review has started, each new news release waits for a yes before it shows on your 6ix website and in your 6ix news embed. Review begins when you start your 6ix website or your first landing page, or when an owner, an admin or your 6ix account manager presses "Review new releases before they show" in Website › Overview.
- AI answers: an answer is live once someone on your team or 6ix staff saves it switched on.
- 6ix AI's replies: 6ix AI answers investors' questions about you live; on your own site, only from material you have already put out: your answers, news releases and calls.
Two ways to run your investor program
6ix for public companies: your own team does the work
Your team works through Start here and gives its yes to each item.
Managed by 6ix: 6ix does the work and checks each step with you
Your 6ix account manager works through your setup with you. For example, 6ix prepares your welcome email and checks it with your team.
Final say: your team.
