I'd now like to hand you over to Paul Cuff, CEO. Good afternoon, sir. Hello. Good afternoon. Just completing the poll myself. Thank you very much for joining. Thank you for your your interest in XPS. We're going to counter through a little bit about the company's data at a high level to give you a good introduction. I'll keep an eye on the poll to see how many of you are shareholders, but, of course, there might be a little bit of a mixture of sort of knowledge of the company. So we will cover some of the basics first. If we crack on, briefly, who who are XPS? Well, we are a company that does all things workplace pensions in The UK, and I'll expand a little bit more on our different service lines in a moment. But just in terms of the history and scale of the business, you can trace the origins of XPS back around forty years. The company as it is today came into being in 2018 with the merger of two firms to create a new brand in our market at that time about five years ago now. And that was a real fresh start for our business. And over the last five years, as we'll talk about today, we've been investing quite heavily in the business and producing some really fantastic result...
