Welcome to UCO's First Quarter Fiscal 2026 Conference Call. On this call with me today are Louis Koch, our Chairman and CEO, Greg Carter, Executive Vice President of Payment Acceptance and our Chief Revenue Officer, and Michael White, Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer.
