Awesome. I just wanted to chat with you just based on the back of news yesterday. That was this point, Monday, April 7th. [00:26] Speaker 1: What I really wanted to do was give you an opportunity to talk about the news, What it means for the company, what's up next. Then I'm just going to come back, shoot you a couple of questions if that's okay with you. Yeah, sure. [00:37] Speaker 2: Yeah, yesterday's [00:38] Speaker 2: press release was pretty straightforward. [00:41] Speaker 2: We [00:42] Speaker 2: are working on a $500, 000 [00:45] Speaker 2: hard dollar private placement. [00:49] Speaker 2: We've closed the 1st tranche for a little over 180, 000 [00:54] Speaker 2: and expect to close the remainder [00:57] Speaker 2: probably by the end of the month. A lot of our money comes from Europe and sometimes [01:03] Speaker 2: the logistics [01:04] Speaker 2: around, [01:06] Speaker 2: you know, sending money from there to here takes a little bit longer. So [01:10] Speaker 2: yeah, we're probably looking at about the end of the month. [01:14] Speaker 2: You know, proceeds of [01:16] Speaker 2: the private placement are, you know, we're, well, a few things, you know, 1 is, you know, continuing to get the message out there about the looming, [01:25] Speaker 2: or not even looming anymore, but about the graphite [01:28] Speaker 2: deficit [01:29] Speaker 2: North America and Europ...
