Thank you for the introduction. Firstly, our apologies for the slightly late start. We had some IT issues this morning. Format for today's presentation or call will be a brief presentation on the company, followed by questions that please do submit in the box on your screens. We are aware that there are a number of existing shareholders on this morning's call, but we're also aware that there is also a lot of people on the call this morning who haven't heard the story before. So today's presentation will be a high level introduction to the company, followed by a run through of our assets and our finances and our balance sheet before wrapping up and taking questions.
