Good afternoon, and thank you everybody for joining today's call. We've obviously had a difficult and challenging start to 2024, which has culminated in an equity raise that we announced last week. I'm aware that a number of shareholders are unhappy about the placing, so I wanted to host a call and a brief presentation today to give an update on where we're at and the context of events that's led us here and to take any questions that you may have of which I'm I'm sure there's plenty.
