I'm the chief executive at TPXIMPACT. I've been here since October 2022, And my recent background before that, I was at where I ran the public sector team and doubled that team size over a a period of five years. And prior to that, involved in business transformation at PA Consulting. So if I can introduce Steve as well. Steve, would you like to say a few words? Good morning, everybody. I'm Steve Winters. I'm the CFO, joined at the same time as Bjorn. I've been in the business slightly longer than that working on financial transformation. Prior to TPXIMPACT, I was a long standing member of the leadership team at WPP, I'm actually Deputy Group CFO and prior to that, Group Chief Accounting. My job is very much around pursuing the operational and financial strategy of the business balanced with our commitment, and I hope you know, to people, places, and the planet. Brilliant.
