Good afternoon, and good afternoon, everybody, and thank you very much for joining this call. My name is Conway. I'm chief executive at TPXIMPACT. I've been here for about three years. My sort of background before that was running the public sector team with which I doubled over a six year period. And prior to that, I was a a partner of PA specializing in business transformation. So this sort of business is very much in my DNA, and, I'm enjoying running the business and enjoying reaching the conclusion of our first three years and the turnaround of the business and very pleased to present our results to you today. So if you're on a couple of slides, that'd be great. We're gonna be talking for twenty minutes or so, and then really happy to answer any questions you've got.
