First of all a quick intro to ourselves. My name is Richard Morris. I am I'm led to believe a hospitality veteran. I've been in this sector all my working life actually from flipping burgers at McDonald's as a kid through TGI Fridays, lot five restaurants and then I joined TORTILLA MEXICAN just about ten years ago actually, nearly ten years ago.
