Good morning, thank you very much and welcome everyone to our investor presentation for the interims on a rather wet rainy day in September. We're really excited to talk to you about some of the progress we've been making. So we'll start with some introductions first. For those that don't know us, I'm Andy. I'm the CEO. I took over from Richard in March as CEO. I've been with the business for seven years, so I've eaten a lot of burritos in that time and I welcomed Maria to the business back in February.
