Good morning, everybody, and thank you for joining us today from wherever you're located. I'm delighted to be here. My name is Jamie Brook. I've recently taken on the role of chairman at TITON just starting at the beginning of January, so I'm now on my twenty third day. First and foremost, just like to express my gratitude to you, our shareholders, for the warm welcome onto your board. And I'd also like to to give my appreciation to Keith Ritchie, our previous chairman, for his dedicated service to the company over the past eleven years. And today, joining me is Carolyn Eisen, our CFO, who has been holding the fort very well over the last few months, and our new CEO, Tom Carpenter, who we'll talk about more later, is joining us in April. So in the interim, I'm here to represent him. In today's agenda, we'll be discussing our FY twenty three results and achievements year end September as a reminder, as well as outlining our future plans and focus for driving profits.
