I'd now like to hand you to CEO, Will O. Good afternoon to you, sir. Hi there, everyone, and thanks for taking the time to to join us. My name is Will All. I'm chief executive of THE GYM GROUP, and I'm joined by Luke Tate, our CFO. And we each have thirty years plus experience in businesses, including subscription type business models like this one and multi site retail like this one. So so, hopefully, some good experience to be to be running business. The GYM GROUP was founded in 2007. Today, we have 245 gyms. We have around 900,000 members, and we're the only UK listed gym business. Like Premier Inn and Hotels, for example, we are a high value, low cost proposition. So that's really from from foundation being about focusing on the things that really matter when it comes to a gym. So in particular, twenty four seven access, great equipment, big, clean, safe, well equipped gyms with friendly expert people in them, and then engineering out some of the more peripheral items in order to present a fantastic gym at a really affordable price.
