Well, thank you for the kind introduction. Very, very pleased to be here today and to share with you a brief update on TEKCAPITAL. For those who might be tuning in for the first time, I'll let you know that our entire business is about creating value from investing in new university discoveries that if successful can make a positive impact on people's lives. And we have done this by constructing a portfolio around a number of technologies, and we invest in these technologies. We build the companies around them from scratch. We hire either the CEO or senior directors, and then we provide assistance to them as they seek to gain their footing in their markets. We also offer services to about 250 universities around the world to help them analyze the market potential of their discoveries. And perhaps most, saliently, we have a multiyear track record of significant growth of our net assets, which is our most important KPI and return on invested capital.
