Thank you for for joining this platform. Before I start on our review of 2024, I'd like to take this opportunity to introduce you to our new CFO, Brent. He joined the company in mid February and has been very ensconced in the audit process and rebuilding the finance team, and I'm very grateful to have him on board. He's done an outstanding job so far. So later on, under the financial results, you'll have the opportunity to listen to hear what he says. And, you know, sort of if you've got any questions, we'll take those at the end. Great.
