We are coming to you from a very hot and sweaty London in the offices of our law law firm, KNL Gates. Unfortunately, James Menzies sends his apologies. He's under the weather today and and won't be able to join us. But today, you'll have myself, Nick Ingracia. I'm the CEO, Pierre Elliott, who is our executive director and runs our business in Malaysia. We've got a short presentation for you today, and then we will open up to some some q and a.
