We appreciate your interest in Ring Energy. We will begin our call with comments from Paul McKinney, our Chairman of the Board and CEO, who will provide an overview of key matters for the full year. We'll then turn the call over to Rocky Kwan, Rick Energy's VP and Chief Accounting Officer, who will review the details of our fourth quarter 2025 and full-year financial results. Paul will then return to discuss our 2026 guidance and outlook with closing comments before we open up the call for questions.
