Chad has over ten years of exploration and production experience in both the US and Canada. Prior to co-founding Ridgeline Minerals in 2018, Chad was a managing member of the Premier Gold Mines Ltd. exploration team responsible for the discovery of 10+ Moz of gold, including the discovery of CSD Gap, a high-grade 1.6 Moz resource estimate in 2017 and subsequent joint venture with Barrick Gold in 2018. CDS Gap is now considered one of the highest grade undeveloped Carlin-Type deposits in Nevada.
Chad holds a B.Sc. in Geology and Earth Sciences from the University of Manitoba and is a registered professional geologist with the Association of Professional Geologists of Ontario (APGO). He is a long-time member of the Geological Society of Nevada (GSN), currently serving as president of the Winnemucca Chapter.
Mike has over 10 years of exploration experience in the Carlin Trend. Prior to joining Ridgeline in 2019, he was a senior member of the Gold Standard Ventures exploration team responsible for the discovery of over 5 Moz gold at Railroad-Pinion district including the high-grade North Dark Star, West Dark Star, Dixie and Jasperoid Wash deposits, a district considered one of the largest undeveloped open-pit oxide resources in Nevada.
Mike has a Master of Science degree in Geology from the University of Akron and is a long-standing member of the Geological Society of Nevada (GSN).

Speaker 2: So as you guys may have noticed, we signed a $20M earning joint venture with Nevada Goldmines. We announced that this morning. Speaker 2: We're incredibly excited to be partnering with the Nevada Goldmines team at SWIFT. And so Mike and I thought it'd be worthwhile to walk you through the deal, why we're excited about Speaker 2: exploration at Swift, and where we think the upside will be moving forward as we head into exploration programs with our partners at MGM.
