Good morning, everyone, and welcome to the presentation of the results of REGIONAL REIT for the period ending 12/31/2025. This morning, I'll take you through the results for 2025 and then spend a bit of time updating you on the continued progress that is being made towards our strategic goals as well as what we are witnessing in the marketplace.
