I know it's a really busy time leading up to the holidays, so thank you for spending this morning with us. I'm Michelle Senecal de Fonseca, and I'm the CEO of REDCENTRIC, having joined in this role as of May of this year. But last year, I had joined the company as an NED. Part of the reason why I joined REDCENTRIC in the first place is it's a business that I know very well. Not necessarily REDCENTRIC, but I have managed companies like this only perhaps on a more global scale with Vodafone and cable and wireless and others. So I'm a a long term industry hand and was very excited to have the opportunity to join the business. I'm joined here today by our CFO, who's also a new member of the board.
