We'll try to, take, obviously, all questions at the end and, roll through our results presentation for full year '23. So without further ado, quick introduction for those of you who haven't joined us before. I'm Stuart Hall. I'm the CEO of PUBLIC POLICY HOLDING COMPANY, was managing partner of PPHC from its inception in 2014, until, until our IPO, in December '21. And since that time, I've been acting as the full time CEO. Good afternoon. My name is Rule Smiths. I'm the CFO for PPHC. I've been with the company two years, but prior to that, worked at WPP as well as in private equity. There's a mix of experience in CFO and in emerging acquisitions.
