Mr. Archer has more than 40 years’ experience in the mining industry, working throughout the Americas. After spending more than 15 years with major mining companies, Mr. Archer held several senior management positions in the junior mining sector and co-founded Great Panther Mining Limited, a mid-tier precious metals producer. He served as President & CEO of Great Panther from 2004-2017 and Director until 2020, and joined Newrange Gold Corp. as a Director in March 2018 followed by his appointment as CEO in January 2019 and President in October 2021. Mr. Archer is a Professional Geologist and holds an Honours BSc from Laurentian University in Sudbury, Ontario.

Speaker 2: 2024 really was a bit of a transformational year Speaker 2: for Pinnacle and 2025 Speaker 2: looks to be more so as we complete on our Speaker 2: agenda. Speaker 2: And the reason for that is that we've effectively transitioned Speaker 2: or are transitioning Speaker 2: from a pure play exploration company into Speaker 2: more of Speaker 2: a developer Speaker 2: and with a focus on near-term production. Speaker 2: So in that regard, Speaker 2: we have Speaker 2: changed the name of the company Speaker 2: and Speaker 2: with a new fresh start, and we're looking to actually create a new America's focused Speaker 2: silver and gold exploration and development company Speaker 2: with projects currently in Canada, Speaker 2: acquiring 1 in Mexico, Speaker 2: and always looking out to other acquisition opportunities, perhaps even in Peru.
