Thank you, and good day, ladies and gentlemen, from wherever you're joining. My name is Mike Buck, Chief Executive Officer of PETRO MATAD LIMITED. And in accordance with the articles of association of the company, I've been nominated by the Board to preside as Chairperson of the meeting. I'd like to start by welcoming everyone to this Annual General Meeting of the company, which comprises an actual meeting here in Ulaanbaatar and online access to shareholders and other attendees via the Investor Meet company platform. May I start by asking everyone here in the room to ensure their mobile phone and other electronic devices are switched off? All those in attendance in Ulaanbaatar have been briefed on emergency evacuation procedures prior to the start of the meeting. There are no fire drills planned for today.
