I'd now like to hand over to Mike Buck, CEO. Good morning. Thank you very much and good day ladies and gentlemen. Thank you for your attention and attendance. My name is Mike Buck, Chief Executive Officer of PETRO MATAD LIMITED, and in accordance with the Articles of Association of the company, I've been nominated by the Board to preside as Chairperson of this meeting. I'd like to start by welcoming everyone to this Annual General Meeting of the company, which comprises an actual meeting in Ulan Bataar and online access to shareholders and other attendees via the Investor Meet company platform. May I start by asking everyone here in the room to ensure that their mobile phone and other electronic devices are switched off? All those in attendance in Ulaanbaatar have been briefed on the emergency evacuation procedures prior to the start of the meeting. There are no fire drills planned for today, so if the fire alarm does go off, evacuate the building as quickly as possible. It's just after 4PM local time.
