So the plan this morning, I will take you through a presentation for twenty minutes or so, and then we will open it up to questions. So please do submit any questions in the q and a tab. So thank you for calling the first half of twenty twenty five. We have shown continued growth, and we've shown that as a result of our differentiated operating platform of our business and as a result of our clear strategy, which is focusing on choosing where we build, what we build, and how we build our products. And that enables us to provide exceptional products at affordable prices to our target customer base. So I'm gonna start by just taking us through some of the key highlights of the first half year results. As you can see on the slide, we had a very good first half year through to 06/30/2025. Our underlying profit before tax is up 11%, and that is a great performance, and that reflects strong pricing and rigorous cost controls.
