Thanks, Tom. Good morning, everyone, and welcome to this PENNANTINTIONAL GROUP investor briefing. Today, I'm hoping to provide an update on the progress we've made with the implementation of our strategy, which is to transform PENNANT into a scalable software and services business. And the presentation will be split into a number of sections. We'll start with a bit of an overview of the period, highlights of what's happened over the last six months. I will quickly run through an update about back PENNANT, but there's lots of information previous presentations we can draw upon, so I'll give you a quick update on what we're doing. I'll hand over to Darren who will take you through financials in a bit more detail, and, hopefully, we can provide you a bit more of an update on Xelion and and what we're doing there and a bit of the outlook in the future.
