Good morning, Joe, and good morning, everyone. My name is Joe just introduced is Philip Walker, and I am the group CEO of PENNANT. So this is our introduction to IMC. I'd like to welcome any existing investors as well as any new potential investors to this session, which I hope you'll find informative. I'm joined today by our new CFO, Darren Wiggins. Darren, would like to introduce yourself? Yep. Good morning, everybody online. My name is Darren Wiggins. I joined PENNANT as interim CFO, actually, in September of this year and made that position permanent in November. Thanks, Darren.
