Health and safety, which is obviously key when you are operating in the mining space like we are. We have a safety leading safety record as PAN AFRICAN, and I think what a standout highlight in the year that's passed is all of our surface operations in South Africa and Australia ran without one single lost time or reportable injury. This the the underground operations in South Africa were less fortunate, and we had a couple of incidents and very tragic fatal accidents, and we're working very hard to towards ensuring that those do not recur. And we do believe in the years ahead, we can get to a position where we have very limited or or or certainly, I missed you have a zero harm working environment and to have all of our people return home safely at the at the end of every day.
