WEBVTT 00:00:00.031 -- 00:00:03.655 Hi, I'm Rob Bishop, the CEO of New Hope Group. 00:00:03.655 -- 00:00:08.461 Today we released our financial results for the year ended 31 July 2024. 00:00:08.461 -- 00:00:12.786 I'll take you through some of the highlights now, alongside our CFO Rebecca Rinaldi, 00:00:12.786 -- 00:00:17.990 but I encourage you to review the full reporting suite available on our website. 00:00:17.992 -- 00:00:21.976 While this year we've seen positive production outcomes at our mines, I first wanted 00:00:21.976 -- 00:00:27.197 to talk about safety. Regrettably, our total recordable injury frequency rate 00:00:27.197 -- 00:00:31.964 has increased from 2.12 at the end of FY23 to 5.32 00:00:32.069 -- 00:00:37.082 this financial year. The safety of our people is paramount and takes a precedence over 00:00:37.082 -- 00:00:42.771 other aspects of our business. Whilst any deterioration in safety performance is disappointing, 00:00:42.771 -- 00:00:47.136 it's important to note the restart of operations at Ackland Mine in Queensland means 00:00:47.136 -- 00:00:51.641 we have new people operating new equipment, resulting in additional operating hours and 00:00:51.641 -- 00:00:55.445 naturally a higher likelihood for an incident to occur. 00:00:55.445 -- 00:00:59.850 Additionally, there were no critical incidents during the year and the majority of injuries 00:00:59.850 -- 00:01:02.367 were minor first aid cases. 00:01:02.367 -- 00:01:07.173 Our full focus is on reversing this trend and performance has already started to improve 00:01:07.173 -- 00:01:11.939 with initiatives including targeted training, analysing exposure risks and reviewing 00:01:11.939 -- 00:01:16.062 fitness for work criteria already being implemented. 00:01:16.164 -- 00:01:21.110 Turning t...
