First of all, I'd like to thank everybody for coming and to welcome all shareholders, directors, advisers, invited guests, and I now confirm the formal commencement of the annual journey. In particular, I'd like to thank our chairman, Neil Frohman, who's on the line, and Serge, who's the director of the company, he's president as well. Thank you very much for coming. And to anybody or any other director that's now on the line, I would like to ask the company secretary to please confirm the quorum. There is two two shareholders present by proxy or in person.
