Good morning, and welcome to the METALS EXPLORATION PLC Post AGM Investor Presentation. Throughout the quarter presentation, investors will be in listen only mode. I'd now like to hand you over to CEO, Darren Bowden. Good morning to you, sir. Thank you very much. Good morning, everybody, and good morning to the people in the room. I've put together just a brief presentation. I wanna give everybody a live update for the first time in a while. A lot of these slides, everybody's seen before, so I'm not gonna go through them all. I'm gonna stop at the ones that I think are important and talk to the business generally and where where we wanna take the business and what's going on so you get a good feel for our thoughts and our future. And again, a lot of these slides are in here for people who don't know the company very well, so they're just to keep keep everybody updated as we go. I think we we all you know, METALS EXPLORATION of for the last five years have grown and grown. We've improved the business. We've increased the size of the business by buying into Nicaragua. And I think, you know, the the standard that we've achieved in The Philippines, we will be basic we'll we'll be generating that standard again in Nicaragua. And that includes ESG. That includes operations. That includes all facets of operations in the developing country. One of the key issues you've got in developing countries is relationships, and we'll see some of that. Some of that will come out in the presentation because there's some questions around regulatory authorities. And regulatory authorities are probably, especially in The Philippines, one of the biggest things, you know, we have to deal with, one of the slowest moving things that are out there as well.
