Speaker 2: Welcome, everyone, to this webinar today on the results of the Capacella Definitive Feasibility Study. It's very much what this is all about. Speaker 2: Okay, Speaker 2: for some time we really talked to the investor community of how Speaker 2: significant that we think Speaker 2: the results are and the promise that was, Cabasale to deliver. On a base case, post tax in US dollars, we generated an NPV of over 2 billion USD with an IRR Speaker 2: of over 108%. Speaker 2: If you look at today's spot prices, that gives us a NPV of USD$2.9 billion with a return of 134% Speaker 2: on the IRR. These are great numbers, but these are industrial numbers.
