Thank you, and welcome to everybody who's joined us. I'm going to apologize to start this on the basis of a bit of a new experience for and for me. But, yes, I think it's going to be very positive. It's part of our mission to engage more with our shareholders. So I'm looking forward to it and look forward to your questions. Is an investment company. It's focused on developing early stage assets towards meaningful cash flow and resource realization. A long sentence, but what we're really focusing on is finding assets in which we think we can add value, adding that value, and then either keeping them and and and keeping the cash that's being generated by them or finding appropriate buyers for them. Either way, generating cash either by way of revenue or capital. The current assets include diamond mining in South Africa, heavy mineral sands production opportunity in South Africa, and a tantalum producing operation in Namibia, which has lithium potential as well.
