Really appreciate it, and good good afternoon, everyone, and thanks for joining us. As Alex says, I'm Paul Duluth, nonexec director of KAZERA, and I'm joined by Richard Jennings, interim CEO and the company's largest shareholder. The purpose of today's presentation is very straightforward. It's to give you a clear sense of where KAZERA stands today, what's changed over the last few months, the progress made, and most importantly, where we go from here. Since the board changes that began over the Easter weekend, we've moved really quickly. We've taken a hard look at the business and made some difficult decisions. We've simplified things where appropriate, sharpened priorities, and throughout, we've had a focus on execution and value creation, and that's something that's gonna continue. I'll skip through the disclaimer. I'm sure you will read that at your leisure. Before we're getting into the detail, it's just worth reminding ourselves and anybody joining us that's new to KAZERA what KAZERA is. Fundamentally, we're an aim quoted investment company. We're not a mining operator. Today, our principal investments, is wellhead minerals in the Northern Cape of South Africa.
