Mathieu Landry is Vice-President Technology and Business Development for Azimut Exploration. Mr. Landry is a senior mining professional with broad technical expertise developed over 16 years principally with Glencore (formerly Xstrata & Falconbridge).
Mr. Landry progressed through several positions from 2005-2019 at Raglan Mine, a nickel producer in northern Quebec, including Principal Geoscientist (2016-18), Senior Project Manager (2010-16) and other technical assignments, mainly in geophysics. In these roles, Mr. Landry has been a significant contributor to steering the exploration strategy and the growth of the mineral inventory at Raglan Mine from 2005-2018, being involved in several important nickel-copper-PGE discoveries and subsequent development.
Mr. Landry also held the position of Superintendent Technology and Business Intelligence (2018-2019) at Raglan Mine (Glencore), where he managed the IT infrastructure and initiated the implementation of data governance, advanced analytics and digital transformation programs.
Mr. Landry obtained a Bachelor degree in geology from Carleton University, Ottawa in 2004.

Speaker 2: That's a great question. And certainly those 2 new discoveries are, they're very exciting. Speaker 2: I think they Speaker 2: really confirm Speaker 2: our ability to deliver Speaker 2: high-grade, Speaker 2: high-quality Speaker 2: new discoveries at Green Springs. Speaker 2: Certainly the grade profile at Green Springs Speaker 2: is relatively high for Speaker 2: a near-surface Speaker 2: Nevada gold project. Speaker 2: I think when we look at Nevada, we're looking at an area or a jurisdiction that typically delivers Speaker 2: high margin, low cost of production, and that's really based on Speaker 2: discoveries or deposits that share characteristics with Green Springs. So, you know, we're really checking the box as far as this being potentially a standout Nevada deposit Speaker 2: as far as what it can ultimately deliver. Speaker 2: The other thing it's done for us and what's meaningful for Green Springs as a project in the short and medium term is that it's really confirmed our exploration model. Speaker 2: This is based on following a really productive Speaker 2: unit that is mined extensively Speaker 2: elsewhere in northeastern Nevada called Pilot Shale.
