For those of you that are rejoining us from prior presentations, you'll see some some things to remind you of who INGENTA is. And for those of you that are joining us, new, welcome. I am Scott Winter. I am the CEO. I've been CEO since 2018. I'm bringing to the company a broad background. Started out as a technologist, a coder, writing software, worked my way up through various parts of companies, including heads of project management, heads of program management, heads of product, heads of technology, suites and stacks, architecture, those types of things. So I've really done a lot of various roles across a lot of companies, including at a lot of large companies related to what we're doing, like McGraw Hill, Pearson, and Amplify.
