Good afternoon. I'm going to speak to you today about Inflection Resources. We are a Canadian and US listed company based out of Vancouver, with assets in New South Wales, Australia. And I'll just start with a photograph here, really give you a sense of the terrain that we're dealing with. It's a very big, open country, but it's also very accessible. It's cut with a network of roads and makes things very logistically very simple for us. I will be making a lot of forward-looking statements, so please bear that in mind. So what are we doing? We are targeting tier 1 scale porphyry deposits in northern New South Wales. This is an excellent jurisdiction in terms of mining. There are a number of very, very large mines within New South Wales and it's just an excellent place to do business. We own 100% of our assets. We've acquired our assets through staking open ground. In fact, we are the biggest holders of exploration licenses in the state of New South Wales with over 7,000 square kilometers. This is a massive piece of ground. And then the key piece here is we've got an association with Anglo Gold Ashanti. This is fully funding our exploration efforts through our multi-year exploration alliance. And I'll talk a little bit about the strategy. But we're located about 4 hours drive west of Sydney, so a very easy place to get to and to get around. Just talk briefly about the capital structure. 95 million shares outstanding, currently with a valuation around about 19 million Canadian dollars. The management team owns about 28% of the company as the largest shareholder.
