I'd now like to hand you over to Chair, Elizabeth Scott. Good morning. And it is, yes, exactly. And thank you so very much to you all for coming. And for those of you that don't know me, I'm Elizabeth Scott. I'm Chair of the company. And of course, I'm perhaps being delighted to welcome you all to our twenty twenty five Annual General Meeting of INDIA CAPITAL GROWTH FUND. And this is the first Annual General Meeting that we've held in London or in The UK. And previously, we've always held in the dance, and sadly, don't be so hand up. But it's a it's a real delight hope that you'll it you'll find it interesting. Since it's now after 11:00 and we have a forum presence, I will now declare the meeting duly constituted and open. And could I just ask a quick question of you all? Has everybody registered with their own registrars, with Joe Vais, who's standing at the back, just so that he can keep count of who's here. Before we proceed to the transport business of the day, let me introduce my fellow board members, Nick Timberlake, Patrick Firth, who's chair of the audit committee, and Lynne Duckman. We also have here Matt Lehoo, who is the company secretary of and works for APEX in Venomacy. And we also delighted to have representatives of our broker, SHORE Capital.
