Right. Well, after that technical glitch, Good morning, ladies and gentlemen, and I'm sorry that we're starting a little bit late today. For those of you that haven't met me before, I'm Elizabeth Scott. I'm Chair of the company. And of course, I am absolutely delighted to welcome you all to the twenty twenty six Annual General Meeting of INDIA CAPITAL GROWTH FUND. But after the success of last year, we thought we should post it again in London. And it's now shortly after, well, not quite so shortly after 11:30. And therefore, as a core of this presence, I declare the meeting duly constituted and open. And I'd also like to extend a very warm welcome to those of you who are joining online. Hopefully, you can hear everything that's going on. So before we proceed, I'd like to take a moment to introduce you to my fellow board members. Patrick Firth here on my right, he's the chair of audit, Linda Lynn and Nick Template. And we're also joined today by Javeh's box of Neville registrars who will be assisting with the polling process during the meeting. And to begin the polling section, Javeh will provide a brief explanation of how the polling process will be conducted. And following that, we'll move on to our portfolio update, which will be presented by Gaurav Naren, our Investment Adviser, who's joined us all the way from Mumbai and whose insights are always popular and fascinating. And then after Gaurav's presentation, we'll proceed to the formal business of the meeting, including the resolutions. We'll then open the floor for questions and answers, after which you will be invited to submit your polling cards and this will mark the end of formal proceedings.
