Good morning, everybody, who are dialing in, and good morning to shareholders and guests here in the room with us today. It's it's really nice to see real life people in a room again after all the, travails of COVID over the last couple of years. So, it's formally, I can open the meeting as we are it's 11:00, so I'm opening the meeting. We have a quorum with more than two members present so we can carry on with the AGM. So the the the, format for today is that we'll run through the formal business of the AGM. At this point, I would ask if there are any questions formally on the resolutions to be voted on. We will have a more general q and a at the end of the session, which for those of you who are diving in, you can use the platform to, type in, your messages and your questions, which the board will answer. And, of course, people in the room here, if you wish to answer any questions, ask any questions, then clearly, we can also take those as well.
