And welcome to the INCANTHERA PLC twenty twenty four Annual General Meeting. I I would now like to hand you over to Chairman, Tim McCarthy. Good morning to you. Thank you, Alex. Good morning to everyone here in the room with me. It's really it'd be great to see some some shareholders face to face for for once. And a very warm welcome to everyone that's joining us on Investment Company. I've I've seen some of the registrations before we started today, and there there seems to be a very good attendance. So thank you all for taking the time out. So just to introduce myself, I'm Tim McCarthy, chair of the company, and I'm gonna introduce, before we get started formally, people who have sat either side of me. So if I go to my left or right. So Laura Brockton, who's our CFO, Simon Ward, who's our CEO, Suzanne Brock, who's our company secretary and head of communications, John House, who's our senior independent nonexecutive director, and we have one of the nonexec director, Caroline Murray, who unfortunately cannot join us today because she has a a diary clash. So it's a little bit unfortunate because I know she wanted to be here. So looking at the people in the room, we definitely have a call room for the meeting so we can we can go ahead. And the way we're gonna run the meeting is nothing of any surprise to any of you, I'm sure, but we have the formal AGM to run through the resolutions. And the way we'll run that is I will read each resolution out, and I will ask for votes in the room by show of hands of anybody's registered shareholder. And once we have that result, I will then declare whether resolution is passed or or not. And then I will read out the proxy votes which we proceed for each resolution as well just to put it all into context. So before sorry. To to follo...
