Congratulations on sale of White Pine. Looking forward, your investor presentation says you'll need $391 in up front investment before production begins. Is that figure reduced at all by the recent results from Phase 1 Engineering?

I don't see a comp table in your corporate presentation. Are there any comps that you typically get compared to? Presumably some of the early copper development names with U.S. based assets?

Do you plan to do any local outreach for the mining communities in the mine site area? I know there is a lot of interested parties as construction decision looms.
