And I'd now like to hand you over to Chris Payne, CEO. Good afternoon to you, sir. Hi there, and thanks to everyone for joining the presentation today. I'm Chris Payne, the chief executive. So I'll be just taking through the year end results for 2023 for HEADLAM GROUP. I'm also joined by Adam Phillips, who who's online with me as well. So we were presenting separately just for ease of sitting us on screen together. So at the appropriate moment, I'll hand over to Adam to to cover some of his slides. So, yeah, just four four main areas. So I'll give a very brief introduction to the business and update on how we see the marketplace, and then Adam will cover the '23 financial performance in a bit more detail before handing back to me to pick up some of the updates on the strategy, how we're getting on operationally before we close with an outlook and summary. And as Alexandre said, there's plenty of opportunity for you to ask questions either through the presentation.
