I've I'm joined in the room here all over on two different screens. Adam Phillips, the group CFO, is with me as well. So we'll both be presenting today. Just by way of introduction, there's just a a slide here which is just outlining what we're gonna cover. So I'll be covering an update on our transformation plan, which is progressing well. I'll be talking a little bit about the contribution that we're already seeing from our strategic initiatives that we started a while ago. And Adam I'll be handing over to Adam shortly to talk about performance in 2024 and how various parts of the business have fared.
