Harvest Gold: Why Now? With CEO Rick Mark and Director Pat Donnelly  

Mr. Mark has over 30 years’ experience in the public market place. He has held leadership positions in various organizations over the last 40 years. During his tenure in the public company space, he has taken responsibility for securing financings, developing short and long term corporate goals, building cost-effective property development plans, creating effective communication platforms and overseeing regulatory functions. Mr. Mark has led efforts to raise over $85M in the last fifteen years and was formerly the CEO and Chair of VMS Ventures and North American Nickel.

Mr. Donnelly is currently the Vice-President of Capital Markets for Tudor Gold Corp. Pat was formerly the President and CEO of Serra Metals Corp. and formerly Vice President of Corporate Communications and Development for Trilogy Metals Inc. Mr. Donnelly was also a co-founder and President of First Mining Gold. He was instrumental in negotiating and completing eight M&A transactions and played a key role in building First Mining from a market capitalization of CDN$30 million to CDN$600 million. Mr. Donnelly has a broad range of experience in mineral exploration, capital markets, corporate development and investor relations. He began his career as a project geologist 25 years ago exploring for precious and base metals and diamonds in western and northern Canada. Mr. Donnelly holds a B.Sc. in Geology (Honors) from the University of British Columbia and a Masters of Business Administration from the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto.
