Angus, Alex, good afternoon. Good afternoon. So by way of introduction, my name is Angus Gordon Oaks. I've been Chairman of this company since mid to late January only, having been on the board just at the end of come off the board at the end of last year. And since I came off the board, we have completely refreshed the board to to completely new board. And, also, we've obviously been doing a a lot of analytics to determine what the best way forward for this company has been. It has been a tricky ride for a lot of investors, and we know that. And we want to reverse that. And we want to, through the announcement of this new strategy, to deliver shareholder value, to deliver shareholder returns in the short, the medium, and the long term. We want to do that for benefit of all shareholders, majority of shareholders. And what we really want to reengage with is to align all our interests for the board, the manager, and shareholders to have their interests aligned and move forward in a positive manner ...
