And I would now like to hand you over to Patrick Cox, nonexecutive chair. Good afternoon to you. Good afternoon. Welcome to our webinar, and thank you for taking the time to join us. I am Patrick or more generally known to my friends as Pat Cox. I'm the nonexec chairman of the GORE STREET ENERGY FUND. I would like to take the opportunity today to welcome the presence of my board colleague, Tom Merle, who will be online in sound and vision, and Lisa Senna, who will be online in sound only. In terms of our board, there's myself as chair, Caroline Banske, who's the, who's the director since the beginning in 2018 along with Tom, myself, and Malcolm Max King. Caroline is the chair of our audit committee and the senior independent director. Max has a financial services background, for many decades. He's been there since the beginning. Tom Merleigh, is there since the beginning also. And, Tom has been, over the years a specialist, on both sides of the Atlantic in the renewable energy sector.
