[00:32] Speaker 2: Thank you for joining our interim results call for the six-month end of the 13th June 2026. [00:38] Speaker 2: This morning I'll take you through the executive summary on the H1 performance, [00:42] Speaker 2: the markets, the policy backdrop and how our Long-term strategy is showing up in home building, partnerships, [00:48] Speaker 2: land and innovation. [00:49] Speaker 2: Connor will take you through the financials, [00:52] Speaker 2: capital allocation [00:53] Speaker 2: and the outlook and I'll come back at the end for any closing remarks.
