Welcome to the franchise brands presentation for the interim accounts for 2024. I'd like to start with giving you an overview of, franchise brands. We're a multi brand franchise focused b to b van delivery business. We have a presence in 10 countries with seven brands. Protect, Metro Rod and Metro Plum provide essential services on a mostly reactive basis, which means that we are emergency suppliers. And and this makes the business quite resilient in in more difficult economic times, although not recession proof as as some of my colleagues will be explaining to you later on today. Filter provides a more planned service to the hospitality sector, and our b to c brands, consumer facing brands of Chips Away, Oven Clean and Barking Mad are mostly single van franchise operators. The business generates system sales on an annualized basis of about $400,000,000 And this year, we guiding the market towards adjusted EBITDA between 35,000,000 and 37,000,000.
